Casa Avant sleeps up to 13 guests across four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): King bed


• Bedroom 2 (Upper Floor): 2 Queen beds


• Bedroom 3 (Upper Floor): King bed


• Bedroom 4 (Upper Floor): Bunk suite, sleeps 4


• Living Area: Air mattress available for overflow

Every bed is dressed in hotel-quality linens with blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep. A Pack 'n Play and crib are available for families traveling with infants or toddlers.


Please note: Casa Avant is a two-story home. The staircase to the upper floor is steeper than a standard residential staircase. Guests with limited mobility or young children should keep this in mind when selecting bedrooms. Ground-floor sleeping is available.
