Short stay in San Antonio

The location was excellent and convenient. My 2 friends and I were visiting a friend in the city plus taking a day to see the downtown River Walk and the Alamo.

Nice home

I liked this house very comfortable big and big yard. Not alot of dishes too cook. Only 1 TV in the living room also toilet and shower weren't so clean. But other than that it was nice.

Nice house but sparse amenities

We liked this house, and the host communication was perfect!!! The reasons for the 4 stars was the amenities were lacking. We stay at homes because we like to cook some of our meals to save money. There were good pots and pans but no baking dishes. There was salt, pepper, and some kind of oil. Nothing else. There was only 1 dish towel. There was only 1 tv. They asked us to use dark wash cloths for makeup removal but only provided two. I did let the host know my concerns and they said they would take it under advisement. Location and friendliness were 5 stars!

Family Reunion

We are so grateful we were able to get this house for my family who came into town. They are older and have been through multiple surgeries, and the ramps made it very easy for my Auntie to get in and out. Great communication throughout the whole stay from the host. Lots of space, very clean, and a great location to get anywhere in less than 15 minutes. Downtown, The Pearl, etc. Also, very close to the airport for easy transportation. We will definitely e booking it again the next time they come to town.

Mini vacation

House was cozy. Beds were comfortable. House had a little smell to it. The kitchen window had webs on it. The hot water was running out fast. It was five of us and half of us were taking cold showers. The master bedroom was pretty nice. Only bad thing is that the first two nights woke up with some bite marks so I had to go to the store and buy some spray and change out the cover mattress and re-wash the bedding after doing that the other few nights it was OK.

Good location

We came to San Antonio for a baby shower and to do some hiking. It was conveniently located to everything we needed to do. And that bed! We were maybe overly tired, but we slept great. Even took a nap. The bed was so comfy.

Great!

The house is situated in a nice quite neighborhood, close to it all but far enough. The home is as pictured. Very good communication! They won me over when they went the extra mile to send a bag I accidentally left there. Honesty is the best policy! I would definitely stay there the next time I'm in town.

Well-equipped property

We were a large group looking for a place to stay in the general SA airport area. This house was perfect for our needs and was very well equipped, down to washing machine detergent. We reported one problem (dead battery in a smoke detector), and the manager replied right away to our satisfaction. Comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways.

Really nice home with plenty of space

The house was perfect and clean. Beds were very comfy, decor was nice, house was cool (temp) in this TX heat, water heater was able to keep up with 8 people showering, space was wonderful. Owners were available for any questions if needed. Would recommend this home for a large family or two families looking for a vacation spot.

This house worked out well for us and is in a handy location.

The house although small is quite roomy and very nicely decorated. It is clean and comfortable. There is a mall not too far away that includes Trader Joe’s and Wholefoods which was great. There are a couple of details that I would comment on. One being that if you advertise to sleep 8, then there should be enough plates etc for that many people (we ended up buying paper plates) and a couple more chairs to sit around the table. More tea towels would have been good too. One more thing, it would have helped to have a written list of things you wished to be accomplished on departure. That way your expectations will be met. Still, all in all, we enjoyed our weekend and I would recommend this house and location. We didn’t meet any of the owners but they seemed very pleasant with the contact we did have.
