With a well-appointed, fully equipped kitchen, you can opt to create your own meals using our provided dishes, pots, pans, blender, and toaster oven. We understand the importance of a good start to the morning, so a coffee machine (both drip and pod style) along with coffee and tea are at your disposal.

After a day of exploring, come back and unwind in the spacious family room or engage in some friendly competition in our game room, equipped with ping pong and foosball tables. These spaces have been a highlight for many of our guests, offering a blend of relaxation and entertainment that enhances their stay. Alternatively, you can wind down and watch a movie on one of our two smart TVs.

Our guests consistently mention the comfort and spaciousness of our home, with particular praise for the comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen. All of these contribute to the cozy and homely atmosphere that makes our house a true 'home away from home.'

For those sunny days, step outside and enjoy our charcoal grill and outdoor seating area. And even though laundry might not be your favorite vacation activity, we've got you covered with an on-site washer and dryer (detergent included) just in case.

Checking in is a breeze thanks to our smart lock system. And while you'll have access to the entire home (except for one small locked closet), you can rest assured knowing that we're local and close by should you need anything. However, we also respect your space and want you to feel at home.

We're located in a friendly, transitional neighborhood where peace and quiet reign. For getting around, we recommend renting a car or using Uber.

Do note that while our home offers several bedrooms, there is only one bathroom, and parking is not available in the garage.

Being in the Texas hot climate means you might encounter wildlife, including snakes, rats/mice, lizards, and other small animals. However, rest assured that we have pest control services to keep these creatures at bay. If you do encounter any of them, please contact us immediately via Airbnb's Direct Message (DM) system.
