The hotel itself was nice. The area around it was ok. I’m most upset about the fact that I booked a room with 2 queen beds and received a room with 2 full size beds. My parents booked a king size bed and received a full size bed.

Overall, I really liked this hotel. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. It's location could not be better. They serve a fantastic complimentary breakfast. My stay wasn't long enough to give a fair rating forr service, but it was great in the short time I was there. Reception was extremely helpful and polite at check in. The only negative would be that it appeared the hotel was dealing with some water leaks/damage. This caused a little odor in a few areas though not strong. I assume this is because the attended to the problem quickly. They also had a hole in the wall on the 2nd floor. It may have been part of the repairs needed for the plumbing/water problems. However, I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a fun time in downtown San Antonio. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was good except the valet parking. Took a long time to get our car. You either valet your car or pay more for the parking garage. No parking near this hotel. Other than that… nice hotel. Nice room. Nice size. Close enough to the river walk to walk it. Good stay!!

When i checked in, they informed me that the room i booked was no longer available and they could provide 2 queen beds but a king bed instrad and an extra room if needed. We ddint need the extra room so we said the king was just fine. Come to find out the bed was a full. Not even a king.. My daughters also got their own room and thought also that they were receiving queens and they also have fulls. Not sure if the hotle is trying to pull a fast one on their customers to save some monwy and make their rooms appear bogger with smaller then advertised. Pretty disappointed with the amount i spent and they still wanted $50 for 1 hour late check out at 12. Definitely womt be back here.

I loved this hotel. They were clean and attentive. Very informative of all the cool places around the area and the pool area was perfect! The gym was clean and all equipment was great for a perfect workout before hitting the riverwalk.

Everything was beautiful. Yes, our rooms were very spacious, especially the Riverview room. Did not like the fact that the pool was only 3ft deep, but didn't have time to swim anyway. Loved the valet. No hidden fees. All prices were upfront. We did plan ahead of time. Yes, I would come back and stay again. Thank you.

The property does not have any of their own parking so you have to pay for external parking or do valet, which can be pricey. Other than that the rooms were very nice and clean and had lots of amenities. The breakfast was good and the staff was always willing to help. The area in some of the surrounding areas around the outside have a lot of homeless people sometimes come up and ask for money.
