Meet the Private Clubhouse

This is what makes this home different.

Attached directly to the home, the 334 sq ft Private Clubhouse gives you a dedicated space to play, relax and hang out.

With AstroTurf flooring, foosball, darts and a Smart TV, it's perfect for friendly competition, catching the game, or simply grabbing a drink and kicking back together after exploring San Antonio.

The Clubhouse is accessed directly from inside the home, so your entertainment space is always just a few steps away.

The space is continuing to evolve, with sports-inspired décor and memorabilia being added to give it its own unique atmosphere.

Fun, relaxed and completely private — without ever having to leave your home base.
