Come enjoy a relaxing stay at the Masters Lake Cottage in the Texas Hill Country just minutes from Boerne. This beautiful house sits on 257 acres. Right out your back door is a private 10 acre lake stocked with bass for catch and release fishing. An additional 6 acre lake starts about 1000 feet below the dam. It also offers great bass fishing. If you like to hike, you will find miles of trails for exploring. There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy, including: whitetail and axis deer, bison, turkey, ducks and a variety of birds.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen,living area with a wood burning fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a study and a large media room with a giant projection TV screen. There is a full size, laundry room next to the kitchen, and a huge outdoor fireplace right out the master bedroom door as well as an outdoor fire pit down towards the lake.

The Masters property is gated for maximum privacy, but is walking distance from Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort which offers fine dining, golf and spa services. You will also find yourself just 5 miles from shopping and dining in historic downtown Boerne.

The smaller Masters Lake Cabin is also located on the property and is available if more space is needed.
