Backyard
Private and fully fenced, with your own pool and hot tub, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area that seats 12. Cook dinner on the Traeger or the Blackstone, with grilling utensils, propane and Traeger pellets provided (if missing let me know), then eat under the string lights. The pool and hot tub are not gated, so little ones need an adult with them outside.

Upstairs living room
A West Elm sectional, an oversized LoveSac bean bag and a large wall mounted TV with streaming. Board games and books for nights in. Large windows keep it bright.

Kitchen and dining
Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, basic spices and cooking essentials. Double oven, dishwasher, blender, Keurig and French press, with coffee provided. The dining table seats 8, with 6 more seats in the kitchen.

Bedrooms and baths
- Bedroom 1: king bed, pool view, wall mounted TV, and its own bathroom with a double walk-in rainfall shower
- Bedroom 2: king bed and wall mounted TV
- Bedroom 3: queen bed and wall mounted TV
- Living room: sofa bed and air mattresses
- 3 bathrooms, including a bathtub, stocked with towels, shampoo and essentials
- Walk-in closet, hair dryer, iron, and extra pillows and blankets

Location
5 miles from Six Flags Fiesta Texas and 3 from UTSA. The Rim and La Cantera are a short drive for shopping and dining. Downtown and the Riverwalk are about 15 miles south.

Pool heat in cooler months
Heating the pool is an add-on, so guests who don't want it aren't paying for it in the nightly rate. Message me at least 24 hours ahead and I'll have it ready when you arrive. I can't run the heater when temperatures drop below 45 degrees, because it can damage the equipment. The hot tub is always heated at no charge.

Security cameras cover the exterior of the home only.
