Very close to over 20 restaurants, bars, and landmarks such as the Pearl Brewery, Riverwalk, and San Antonio Museum of Art. This central location is less than 15 minutes from the Airport and close to all the action in and around downtown San Antonio and easily accessible by the city's major highways.

Our home was built in 1923 and balances historic charm with all the modern amenities. The house is equipped with front door access with smart lock and personalized access code and Nest smart thermostat. A full kitchen comes with a multitude of appliances including drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster oven, gas range with full oven, microwave, and a Kitchenaid stand mixer.

Enjoy the outdoors with our covered patio, picnic table, charcoal grill, fire pit, and spacious backyard with brand new turf, 3 hole putting green, and various yard games.

The main house has a large open layout easy for larger groups to gather. It has 4 beds and 2.5 baths with a spacious back yard and a separate guesthouse, or "casita" as we call it here in SA. The casita is a studio with a full kitchen, queen bed, and full bathroom and is included in the rental of the house. We have a large Smart TV in the living room, as well as Smart TVs in the Main Bedroom and bedroom with twin beds.

Please note we live in a lively entertainment district so you may encounter some noise from live music. We have white noise machines for each bedroom for your convenience.
