3-star gîte for 4 to 6 guests, fully equipped for your comfort. Enjoy a private entrance, terrace, on-site parking, and the option of secure storage for bikes and motorcycles. Located in the picturesque village of Sampzon, the house offers a peaceful setting with two bedrooms, a spacious living area, a well-equipped open kitchen, and a large shaded garden. Relax by the generous pool with shelter, open from April to September depending on the weather, from 10 am to 7 pm. Bed linen, household linens, and towels are included at no extra charge. Evening meals and half-board are available by reservation.

Sampzon is ideally located between Ruoms and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, near the Chauvet Cave and the Ardèche Gorges. Numerous walking trails start from the house, and the Ardèche river is just a short distance away. Many seasonal activities are available in the area.



Open from March to November, come and enjoy the tranquility and mild climate of southern Ardèche, perfect for a family getaway or a romantic escape.
