"Stayed in this lovely studio for two nights, while exploring the area.Such a comfortable stay, everything we needed to enjoy our trip to Humboldt.Location was great, easy walking around the town of Arcata and to the Marshes.Having the Co-op nearby was a big bonus. Even though we were there Friday and Saturday the place was wonderfully peaceful.The studio is thoughtfully decorated, and we were glad of the fan during the warm spell. Amy was a wonderful and attentive host.Will definitely be back!"

"The property was listed with photos of coast cliff, beach dinner, and sunset beach walk! But none of these are part of the ADU! We are booking based on the coast property that can see the ocean or bay but it ends up with a non-refundable booking within the town of a busy street. Traffic noise in night time and early morning. Bed is so soft. For the same price, we were picking between an ocean facing hotel and the “cliff+beach side” ADU. Big mistakes! Host should remove those three unrelated...

"Adorable quirky charming and cozy mermaids Manor was such a pleasant stay on our cross country trip. Bed was super comfortable allowing for a great night's sleep. Towels are nice and fluffy shower is a very cool experience look at the pictures and you'll know what I mean. Host's communication was fantastic and I loved the tips she shared for great hikes and good beaches highly recommend going to Trinidad Beach. We enjoyed several great hikes in the redwoods and visits to various beaches...
