The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming air-conditioned house in Sammarçolles, with a surface area of 134 m² and capacity for up to 10 guests (including children and babies). It features a lovely 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), and a garden of approximately 2,000 m². Wi-Fi is included—we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 35 m² living room with fireplace (1st flambé free of charge), 2 double sofa beds
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and dining area
- Office area
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with 3 single beds
- Bedroom 4: with 1 single bed
- 3 m² north-facing balcony

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 2,000 m² private garden with a fenced-in area.

The house is ideally located in Sammarçolles, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (for up to 10 vehicles).
