"Very friendly owners, we were pleased they turned on the heating since it was cold in the night time. Cosy house with nice furniture, great room with an open fire place which we used every night and there was enough space to be able to sit around it with all of us. "A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!"

"Expansive 3 bedroom with endless outdoor seating areas. Andrea was an excellent host, giving us a tour of the property as well as dining and activity suggestions. Parking was always available right in front of the property. One word of caution: the property seemed to come with a cat or two, who were constantly trying to enter the home. If you are averse to cats, be forewarned! Maybe a temporary ammenity."

"Wow! What a fabulous experience. Our host, Marili was so amazing! Her communication was spot on. She was so friendly from our first interaction and continued through our last. She transported us from the airport to the flat. We then enjoyed an authentic home cooked meal in her home. Wow! "Stayed just the one night before heading to a cruise the next day. The condo was nice and clean and the contact person had great communication throughout the entire process. They were able to offer travel from the airport and to the cruise port. The beds and pillows were comfortable and similar to what I have at home, so I slept great. It’s centrally located in a plaza surrounded by a few pubs and bars that served food. Would definitely look for this place again if/when in the area. "

"Perfect for a relaxing time after a full on few days in the city. Property was very clean and well kept. Lovely pool and great space helping our family have a relaxing holiday. Bus routes are a little complicated and don’t be fooled by Google maps as walking trails are not as accessible as they think but this is not a reflection of the villa or surroundings. "

"The host was terrible about communicating. It wasn't until the day I was on my way that I realized they had yet to tell me how to the property or where the room was. After messages through VRBO went ignored our transfer driver called and left a message, then called and explained that we were there waiting. It was then the host looked at the messages on VRBO and decided to reply they did not expect us for another 30 minutes so they had not cleaned the room yet. But "the girl"would give us the key...
