The villa is equipped to accommodate up to 30 people; the listed price is for up to 15. Please inquire about special offers for groups of more than 15 people. Children ages 0 to 6 stay free.
During Holy Week, Christmas week, and New Year’s, we allow 30 guests at no additional charge.
For larger groups, we have another house on the property that sleeps 12.
--The first floor has 2 bedrooms, each with 3 beds, a private bathroom, and air conditioning.
--The second floor has 2 bedrooms with 3 double beds each, air conditioning, and a shared bathroom.
--The third floor has one bedroom with 3 double beds and a private bathroom, as well as 4 table fans (no air conditioning).
--A spacious living room with a TV, 100 Mbps Starlink Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth speaker,
--A fairly spacious kitchen equipped with all utensils and 2 large refrigerators.
--A large garden with fruit trees and coconut palms.
--An outdoor grill.
--A large pool measuring 15m long x 6m wide and 1m to 2.8m deep, with a diving board and night lighting.
--A pool 5m long x 2.5m wide, with a depth ranging from 0 to 1 meter.

--Private parking for up to 10 cars.

--Barrigona Beach: 5 minutes.
--Garza Beach: 10 minutes.
--Guiones Beach: 15 minutes.
--Pelada/Nosara Beach: 20 minutes.
--Sámara: 10 minutes in the summer and probably 30 minutes in the winter.
--Carrillo: 15 minutes in the summer and probably 35 minutes in the winter.

--You can use the pools as long as you like, but music is allowed outside until 10 p.m. (at a moderate volume); however, you may continue playing music inside the house.
--Pets are allowed.

--During the day, you may see monkeys, different species of birds, and, with luck, red- and yellow-breasted toucans.

--At night, you might see coatis, raccoons, agoutis, and our cat.

--There are activities near the house, such as:

Surfing at Barrigona Beach.
