Upstairs find one more queen bedroom with slider to the deck and private access into the second shared full bath. Gather the family in the great room and enjoy a show on the flat screen TV or marvel at the blue water views through the many windows. The airy kitchen offers space for cooking and prepping with center island and nearby dining table seats the group. Climb the ladder to the ships watch to spend quiet time with a good book or step out the slider onto the deck to have a snack on the picnic table while listening to the sounds of the waves. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
