An oceanfront location confirms you’ve come to the right place for easy access to sand and surf, with the beach just steps away. If you’d rather stick closer to home, step out onto the pool deck for a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool or a soothing soak in the six-person hot tub located on a shaded patio. Cool off in the enclosed outdoor shower and fire up a park-style grill for quick and easy picnics at the large picnic table nearby. Just inside on the ground level is a large game room where the competitive spirit is motivated by a pool table, foosball table, and bumper pool table with a card table top. Catch up on the latest shows and sporting events on the Smart TV while taking advantage of the wet bar featuring a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and full-size refrigerator for storing all your poolside treats, beach snacks, and goodies for the grill. A convenient half-bath is located on this level, too.

All of the home’s bedrooms feature Smart TVs. Four of them are located on the second level with easy access to the laundry room. Two king bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath and both open onto the shaded deck, the perfect perch for listening to the ocean’s serenade while relaxing in the breeze. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk sets that’re perfect for the kids share a full hallway bathroom. Watch movies, read, or play games in the comfortable den with Smart TV and workstation.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
