Sea view pool villa w/ garden, 2km from sand

The brightly couloured villa is located on the top of a hill with beautiful sea views, not far from the sandy beaches of Pescoluse and Torre Pali known as the “Maldives of Salento”. The villa is surrounded by a large garden built on different levels, which features traditional stone walls, a large patio next to the swimming pool, shaded areas, a barbecue, pine trees, fig trees, outdoor showers and a traditional round threshing floor. You really can’t ask for more if you want to spend your holidays outdoors.

Indoors, the house is comfortable with a mix of Scandinavian and Mediterranean design. The three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. The double beds are large (160x200cm) and comfy. The living room and kitchen area look out onto the terrace that has a beautiful sea-view. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a Bosch dishwasher) to prepare delicious meals “al fresco”, there is also a double sofa bed in the living room. All bedrooms have mosquito netting on the windows.

The surroundings are extremely quiet with only a few villas nearby. Previous guests enjoyed the beautiful colours during sunset and stargazing at night. 

Just 2km away are the most famous sandy beaches of Puglia reknowned for their golden sand, crystal clear sea and shallow water, an ideal setting for small children. Access to the beaches is either free or through some “lidos”, which offer sunbeds, umbrellas, cafes and restaurants on the beach.

In the nearby Torre Pali or Torre Vado you find supermarkets, shops and many more options to wine dine.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €140, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,44 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
