Modern villa with plunge pool near the beaches

A modern little holiday home with a large garden and a stone pool to cool off or for the children. The family-friendly house is surrounded by Mediterranean plants, on a hill about 3-4 km away from several extensive sandy beaches with shallow, crystal-clear water. Thanks to its location it offers plenty of peace and privacy.

The interiors are colorfully decorated and fully air-conditioned. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower, as well as a living and dining area that opens onto the shaded outdoor terrace with sea views. In the living area you will find a double sofa bed, so the villa can accommodate up to six people. The bedroom windows are protected by mosquito nets.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher as well as cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, etc.

The outdoor terraces are equipped with table and chairs; there is also a charcoal grill. The rooftop terrace boasts a beautiful view. In the garden there are sun loungers and an approx. 2x2 m large stone pool, ideal for bathing fun for the children or for adults to cool off.

Pets are welcome guests in this villa. There are many opportunities for long walks in the immediate neighbourhood. In the valley below the villa, within walking distance, is the well-known "Elephant Forest", with its trees completely overgrown with lush climbing plants a place that is ideal for exploring and relaxing even on warmer days.

The sea is approx. 1.5 km away from the villa as the crow flies. The coast here consists mainly of fine sandy beaches, partly lined with dunes, palm trees and Mediterranean maquis. The sea is crystal clear and almost Caribbean; most beaches stay flat for a relatively long time and are therefore also very suitable for families with small children. There are also some beaches nearby where dogs are allowed.

The beach towns of Pescoluse, Torre Pali and Lido Marini can be reached in 3-5 km and offer several shops as well as good restaurants, bakeries and ice cream parlors. Santa Maria di Leuca with its lighthouse, the medieval old town of Gallipoli, the frescoes of Galatina but also many hiking opportunities on the rugged Adriatic coast (east coast) can all be easily reached by car in 20 to 40 minutes.

Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €120, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €500 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,42 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
