The Studio Apartment is a solution for 4 guests that consists
of a four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed and is equipped with
accessories such as air conditioning, internet, kitchenette, tv, hair-dryer, mosquito nets, mini-bar, safe and satellite dish. It`s 20 meters away from the beach
of Torre Pali, in the complex Stella del Mare. The studio apartment is
on the ground floor and it has an exclusive garden, furnished with table
and chairs.

The
studio apartment is basic and cozy, furnished with pale and relaxing
shades. It`s in a recently-built ten-unit complex. Breakfast is
included, by the nearby restaurant.
 
The surroundings of Stella del Mare Residence in the area of Salve
Residence Stella di Mare is in Torre Pali, in the lovely area of Salve, on the Ionian side of Southern Salento. The beach is 20 meters away. Moreover, the complex is near to the main amenities.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 5pm to 8.30 pm) and check-out (from 9am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8.30 pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Breakfast not included. Price is euro 10 per day per person.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
