"Wonderful home well appointed"

"Great house near downtown Hendersonville, in a cool neighborhood. Perfect for 2 couples, very comfortable and well equipped. We only stayed one night, so short trip, but will definitely book again on next trip to town. Very comfortable beds, very clean and well kept. Host was very helpful and easy to work with. Do no hesitate to book this place."

"How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....
