"Perfect spot for our summer family reunion ... half from the East coast, the rest from Ohio. We enjoyed swimming (yes, the pool water was cold but super refreshing on hot days), fire pit, spacious kitchen for cooking, breezeway with extra ovens and refrigerator. The big living room was fun for family games and just hanging out. Gorgeous views, loved the sound of the stream nearby. "Trail" goes up to a meadow, but looked like it had not been mowed, so will say with other reviewers that the trail...

"Everything about this stay was easy! Great location for visiting Seton Hill University as we were on this trip.Everything we could need or want was provided. I was thrilled by the simple to use coffee maker, coffee pods, and creamers.The home is clean and comfy, and I highly recommend it. So much nicer than staying in a hotel reasonably priced.The hosts were welcoming and there was great communication provided."

"My daughter is a student athlete at Seton Hill U and we stayed here for a few days while she recovered from ACL surgery. This home was very accommodating for our needs. All one level living with 2 full baths. Place was new and clean. Owner was responsive when needed and so nice, providing extra ice in the freezer for my daughter’s recovery. One thing to consider is that there are just the basics in the kitchen so if you plan on cooking alot during your stay, you should know that in advance....

"Within the hustle of the big city this is a very private, quiet oasis. Yet the city, amenities, and the turnpike are easily accessible. The place is impeccably clean and the host is super easy to communicate with. I cooked while we were there and the eat-in kitchen is comfortable to work in. The rooms are spacious. "Very nice, quaint apartment. Not too fancy, not too plain. Just right. Host has thought of nearly everything that you might’ve forgotten when it comes to toiletries and miscellaneous. I used the aloe vera because I got sun burned and the umbrella because it rained & the Blow dryer so I didn’t have to bring mine. Neighborhood was safe. Did 5 miles and saw friendly people and dogs, felt safe. Friendly hosts. "
