"We had a lovely trip with extended family. Location is great, short walk to the beach and places to eat. Short drive to the great public park in Atlantic Beach with put-put and a splash pad. Host was great with communication and the check-in process was easy. Community pool was clean and gave our kids the opportunity to make new friends."

"Perfect location in Atlantic Beach. Very nice pool and Hot tub, both were cleaned and in great shape. It is an older house, but is well taken care of and has been updated and renovated. Plenty of seating space throughout. Check-in/check out was very smooth and straight forward. Host had great communication. Parking is a bit tight if you have more than two vehicles, but we did make it work. Overall great value"
