Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, oceanfront escape. With private beach access, nearby shopping and restaurants you will fall in love with Salter Path after staying at Tuck Away. This is a 5 star beach vacation experience with designer furnishings and lots of amenities such as a reverse osmosis water filtration system for safe and delicious drinking water, an EV charger right outside the home (so come on with your Tesla!), and an indoor basketball game to keep the kids occupied during those inevitable rainy vacation days.

We just returned from our Spring Break week at the beach and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations at Tuck Away! From making the reservation to checking out on our last morning, the entire process was a breeze. Sara was excellent at communication! There a numerous nice touches throughout the home to include hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.....This beach front home is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and comfortable. All of the bedrooms have beds that are super comfy with excellent views of the ocean. The kitchen is AMAZING....stocked with just about any dish, pot, pan you may need to cook a meal. The ground level game room was a big hit with our grandkids! They loved the basketball game and pool table. It was also nice to have the extra fridge, powder room and outdoor shower to make the transition easier from the beach to the main part of the house. The beach toys, boogie board, and beach chairs were a nice added touch. This house sits on a gorgeous stretch of beach that did not get overly crowded even considering the holiday week. We saw dolphins every day and if you like to hunt for shells, you will not be disappointed :) Highly recommend; A

This was a perfect setting for celebrating my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. The house was spacious and clean. We had a little trouble figuring out how to lock the doors but the host was very responsive and said she would include it in the instructions from now on. The amenities were above and beyond. Fully stocked coffee bar, pool table, and even an unopened bottle of wine in the fridge. Several beach chairs but only 1 umbrella. There was a lack of towels but the host said if I would have let her know, she would have had some delivered. There were no beach towels so make sure to bring your own. The only bathroom that is not shared is the master. Be prepared to share a bathroom with the neighboring room. The pocket doors leave a small space so not 100% private. I highly recommend!!

Getaway vacation

My daughter, son in law, my 4 year old grandson and I had a wonderful week! The covered porch was wonderful. The house sits up on a small hill providing spectacular views! The kitchen is very well supplied, beds & linens were very nice, outdoor shower best I’ve experienced! High tide almost eliminates the beach but we had great beach times regardless of tide! Check-out time generous and exit tasks minimal. My only complaint, no recycling service! We would definitely come back!

Beautiful Beach Home

Lovely home directly on the beach. There is a private walkway down to the nice sand beach, and there is also an outdoor shower (with hot water) to rinse off before going inside. House was well-kept and well-furnished. The is a large open area with the living room/dining table/kitchen where everyone can gather. The lower level has a pool table and a basketball game for hanging out at the house while not down on the beach. We were very happy with our stay, and we would very much like to return in the future. Highly recommended.

Great Vacation

This was one of our best beach vacations and our favorite house we have stayed in. Everything is clean and updated, the house layout is great and the location is right on the beach. We enjoyed the view from all the porches and our kids had a lot of fun playing games in the basement. We would not hesitate to come back to this great beach house.

Paradise Found: A Perfect Family Beach Getaway in Emerald Isle

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful, recently renovated beach house in Emerald Isle! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the modern, comfortable amenities of the home. The spacious, open-concept living area and the stylish decor made it the perfect setting for our family vacation. The direct beach access was a huge plus, allowing us to enjoy long, relaxing days on the pristine sand and take in breathtaking sunsets each evening. Family Vacation

This was my family's second time staying at Tuckaway and it was just as fabulous as the first time. The house is perfect for families and you can't beat the privacy/location. We hope to stay again next year!

Just What We Needed

My husband and I and our 4 adult children just spent the week at this lovely home. It was a lovely home, right on the beach. It was the perfect size for the six of us to have our own rooms and to spend quality time together. We had one small issue and Sara was extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this property!
