Ocean Club B303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Oceanfront Condo, overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! This beautifully decorated condo has great views of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony, relax and watch the boats go by on your rocking chairs! High speed wireless internet access and an answering machine for your convenience. Living Area offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Master Bedroom #1 has a King bed, TV, DVD Player and Private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, TV and DVD Player. The Den has a Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle.

Amenities Include: 4 HDTVs, 1 Blu-Ray Player, 4 DVD Players, Netflix, CD Player located in the Living Room, Margaritaville frozen Margarita Maker, Nintendo Wii with several games, Access to Beach Chairs and Umbrellas along with Beach Toys located in storage.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. Note: Please bring your own crib sheets, they are not provided with linen package.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
