The Space:

The television and fireplace in the room create a warm and inviting space for guests to unwind with ease. There is a 'Bose' speaker at Mulgrave House that can be used for a a fun environment to create entertaining memories together.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything guests need for quick snacks or home cooked meals during their stay. This creates convenience for guests, whether they're enjoying a short break or a longer getaway. A generous dining space adjacent to the kitchen allows guests to gather and enjoy meals together.



There are six bedrooms at Mulgrave House, each providing comfortable beds and ample storage space. They are thoughtfully designed to provide a welcoming space for guests to relax during their stay.



The six full and one half bathrooms offer convenience for all guests as they look to refresh themselves during their stay.



In the back garden of the property, there is a pizza oven that guests can use for delicious meals. There is a seating area whereby guests can enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine or watch the sunset after a day exploring the local area. There are also sun loungers that guests can use to relax in the fresh air.



Mulgrave House has been newly decorated top to bottom in 'Farrow and Ball' colours. The owners chose 'Dibber' in the living room and hall to echo the earthy tones of the Moors, 'Stone Blue' in the kitchen as a nod to the coast and 'Duster' in the bathrooms as a secret nod to their grandma who had a lot to say about dusters. In the bedrooms they decided on 'Wine Dark' as they wanted it to feel cosy but not overpowering and this was the perfect colour for that. The owners want the house to feel warm and lived in and they're trying to help promote artists given the property's proximity to Staithes and the thriving artist community there.

The keys to Mulgrave House are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There is off road parking available for up to three vehicles at the property.



Please note that this property can be booked alongside The Apartment in Hinderwell, accommodating up to 13 guests.

There is also a local railway station that offers transport links to wider areas such as Middlesbrough, Newcastle and Sunderland - ideal for guests looking for day trips during their stay.

For those driving, the property is well placed for exploring the wider North Yorkshire coast and countryside. Free parking is typically available nearby, and the surrounding area is perfect for scenic drives and walking routes.
