"Indoor pool was very nice, especially since the outdoor pool wasn’t open yet. Have had many free breakfast buffets at other hotels so was surprised that we had to pay $18 to have it. The food & selection was pretty good but have had similar for free other places."

"This is a review for Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod. A few months prior to our trip, Ocean Park Inn, called to say they moved us to the Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod. Seems someone wanted to rent the entire Ocean Park Inn. The Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod is a decent hotel, but it caters more to families and can be quite noisy from 8am to 10pm. Our room was on the 2nd floor, facing the indoor pool, which only added to the noise level. Additionally, the excessive heat and humidity...

"The hotel wasn't much to look at from the road, but the room was clean and updated. The lock to the room was a little odd and hard to work, but not a deal breaker. Check in staff was great, the hotel was very quiet for being right on route 6, and we were right in thy middle of everything we wanted to do. Great value for the price."

"Easy access to conservation areas and National Seashore great! The motel is old and needs work. Door with screen into little patio did not close. Microwave was OK. Hot water dispenser didn't work. King bed was comfortable. Interior paint job needs retouching. Plenty of hot water. Heating/AC way too loud."

"Proulx spans a great degree of different Price points and proximity to the central feature/mansion where restaurants are located. In general, higher priced and better featured properties are behind and around the central mansion area of the property. Across the street where the golf course is are more affordably priced, and likely independently owned condominiums that are essentially managed. This can create some confusion on arrival based on the fact that you need to check in across the street...

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

"Beautiful place with a great view and a very peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is old and rustic, but that’s also part of its charm. If you’re looking for an authentic seaside style experience, it’s warm and cozy and fits the vibe perfectly. However, the beach right in front of the hotel is probably the dirtiest in the area.
