"The communication regarding checkin/checkout was not great. Once I was able to speak with a representative I was able to work things out, but it required me contacting them. The property itself was clean, but not well appointed, just the basics. It's a rental...and the use shows. The location is very close to everything in Redstone. It's also next to the highway so lots of road noise. Parking is an issue, it's very limited and in high ski season would be difficult."

"This condo was the perfect place for us to stay while in town for our daughter's lacrosse tournament. She only had 2 games per day, so we had lots of time to explore the area and see the sights. Everything was an easy drive from the condo. There are great walking/running trails right out the front door, lots of restaurants and a huge grocery store within walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked with dining and cookware and it is a decent size to cook meals with more than one person working....

"Location was just beyond parking of full supermarket, gas station restaurants and ski shops. Easy 10min drive to Commons. Nice walking path directly outside sliding door where the kids played in the snow. Unit has a single garage and a full size ex-long SUV would be a tight squeeze however the driveway is a direct straight entry so makes it easier. "

"The stay was ok. Liked the ski decor and comfortable bed.Some areas that would have elevated it to a 4 star include--Better cleanliness of the kitchen overall and some items notably the pots and pans. I had to do some initial cleaning.-The fireplace controls advised not to adjust the fireplace. The room was cold and I needed hotel staff to make a simple adjust to turn up the blower and the heat.-Think the unit could use a little updating. - Front desk staff was not particularly friendly. "

"We had a girlfriend’s getaway here and it was great. There’s a Starbucks/grocery store/drug store right across the street, super convenient. The beds were comfortable, the couch was comfy (we were here to relax, lol), and downtown was a very quick drive away. Kitchen was well stocked (couldn’t find any hot pads but we made do and management has said they will fix it), overall we had a great time and would stay here again! "
