"Excellent location, clean, nicely appointed. We appreciated the extras like laundry detergent and coffee. Wifi is strong and can sign into your streaming apps for tv.The deer in the back woods were a delight to watch over morning coffee."

"Cute lil place to lay your head. Clean and quaint. The bathroom they described as needing renovation/dated but it was clean and actually very cute & on trend right now. The communication w the host was prompt and easy. Not far at all to downtown or university area- was able to be in both in a matter of minutes . Its location is also close to the belt hwy so if you wanted to go to park city it’s only about 15min away. They do ask that you take your shoes off when entering but my only suggestion...

"I feel that cookware was in need of replacement, i.e., scratched teflon, pans that had seen many years of service etc. Cutlery, dishes, glasses very nice and abundant. Kitchen comfortable to work in, kitchen tablechairs a bit crowded. Bedrooms very comfortable,clean, quiet.Overall homey feel, excellent location !"

"The property location is great, and communication was easy. Appreciate the amenities provided like coffee and popcorn, and toiletries. If there was one thing to improve, it's the a/c. It cooled all the other areas of the house but the bedroom stayed warm, so even if it was cold in the kitchen, living ng room annd even the bathroom, the bedroom was not."

"The home was great for the cost. Nice place with large kitchen and living room. We were hardly there, so didn’t have time to relax in the space. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were basic, Kitchen was very nice with great island and large dining table. It seemed to have all the basic needed for cooking. "

"We are very happy to find this wonderful little home in Park City and hope to return next year for our annual ski trip. The location is awesome, just a block away from a Main Street. We could walk for 7 min to the transit center where are all busses stop. The house is small but really nice equipped, it is perfect for 2 but definitely could accommodate 4 people: mattresses are comfortable, kitchen and two bathrooms are perfect and private jacuzzi on a balcony is a really nice addition. "The unit was perfect for the two of us. The bed slept great. It was very small but we only needed one night and the size and price was perfect. The exterior backyard was unkept. But when we got inside it was just fine. No issues at all. Does have washer and dryer and nice big bathroom. Only complaint was the toilet is very short. We are both tall and for us it seemed like a toilet for a small child."
