The Space:

Snow settles softly over the neighborhood as city lights glow nearby, inviting you to unwind in a warm, comfortable home. After a day exploring downtown Salt Lake City, you step inside to find quiet evenings, glowing screens, and a shared table ready for a home‑cooked meal. The space feels both private and connected, making it easy to relax or stay productive during a winter stay.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms host king and queen memory foam beds, each dressed in soft linens, room‑darkening shades, and plenty of closet space, including a walk‑in closet. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for added comfort. With three beds the home sleeps up to eight guests, and the 2½ baths—two full and a convenient half—offer flexibility for families or groups.



Living area & entertainment

Smart TVs are placed throughout, highlighted by a 75‑inch screen that streams Netflix, plus additional 55‑inch units for smaller gatherings. Central heating keeps the rooms cozy, while ceiling fans can be turned on for fresh airflow. Fast Wi‑Fi and an Ethernet connection support streaming and remote work, and a dedicated workspace in the common area offers a quiet spot to focus.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the tools you need to prepare meals, from quick breakfasts to hearty dinners after a cold day outdoors. A dining table seats the whole group, encouraging shared meals and conversation. An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Parking & arrival

A two‑car garage provides secure parking, and free street parking is also available. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock lets you arrive on your schedule, and luggage drop‑off can be arranged for early or late travel days.

Your furry companions are welcome, with a pet‑friendly setup that makes traveling with animals hassle‑free.

2 car garage and street parking available.

This is a 3 story townhome with 2 flights of stairs, please note where the bedrooms are. (1 is on the ground floor, 2 are on the 3rd floor)
