Hi Kevin, My apologies for the house not being up to par. We did a deep clean immediately after I read this from you. On the access information email and vrbo site, there is information about parking. The 2-car garage is regular size. It is unfortunate your kids car wouldn’t fit. There are visitor parking spots on property nearby the unit that could have been used. When staying places, never hesitate to reach out to owners/managers directly with needs and questions. We’re more than happy to help or take care of any issues.

Hi SueAnn, I'm glad you had a great time and enjoyed the location! I'm bummed you did not reach out to us about the fireplace. It most definitely works, but maybe the pilot was out? I wish you would have called, and I believe there are instructions in the book for lighting it. We also could have sent our property manager over. I agree some of our decorations are not the best. We do what we can keeping it clean and tidy. We are just one family and do not have the funds to do a remodel, so we upgrade as we can, as you noticed in the kitchen. Bath soap, I'm very sorry some was not put out. I will talk with our cleaning crew. There should have been some. It is something we normally stock. Should you choose to stay again, or in another vrbo, don't hesitate to reach out and let us know if something is not to your liking so we have the chance to address it.
