Close to the airport. Looked nice but when we got to the room. Hair on the wall by the blow dryer, the faucet and back splash and mirror still had tooth paste spray all over it. When I took a shower the water didn't drain was up to my ankle before I got out. Gross!!!

The property was quite run down and the carpets were dirty. Ironically though the place smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. I could barely rest due to the strong fumes.

We can 100% guarantee that our hotel is clean, our carpets are cleaned weekly. Since our hotel is sanitized and cleaned everyday it will smell of cleaning supplies such as pine-sol which makes it so the hotel always smells nice

Not very good property. We checked in our room and while we were laying in bed my husband got bit by a tick so they moved us to an upstairs room and the shower wasnt warm.

We apologize for any inconvenience, we can 100% guarantee our property does not have any ticks as we have pest control come in every week and spray all our rooms along with our common areas.

I was told that the hotel was no longer pet friendly since 3 weeks ago and was charged a 100$ pet fee or they would cancel my reservation.

We would not cancel your reservation, however our pet fee has recently changed and we now charged 100 per pet.

The exercise room ac didn't work second year in a row. Fixtures in the bathroom shower were bad, also tenants hanging out in the back of the hotel until 12:30 in the morning. Management did nothing about it. Your breakfast was very good though, that I can say. Sorry to say we won't be back.

We apologize for any inconvenience that occurred. The AC does indeed work in the gym, you just need to turn it on. As for the guests being outside, they are able to go outside as they wish at whatever hours they wish to be outside as they are paying for the night and we are a hotel meaning there is no such thing as a curfew or limitations on what guests decide to do on their own time.

Property was close to the airport and right off the freeway. Bad part was the walls are so thin between the rooms that we could hear the neighbors TV and conversations the entire night as if they were in our room. Didn't get any sleep.

It’s clean and the staff were all nice and helpful. I didn’t love that we have to give a $100 deposit for incidentals (different from just making a credit card hold). though we get it back, being told I wouldn’t if I lost my paper receipt felt a bit unfair. The hotel also feels a bit isolated and quite dated but it does the job. One plus is the bed is super super comfy and I slept so well!

Bedding had a hole in it and for a king size bed we got two small square throw pillows and two we lumpy standard pillows. The front desk person gave me a new sheet rather than fitted sheet- he didn’t know what a fitted sheet was until I explained it to him abs he did give me a less lumpy standard pillow as a replacement. Room was clean otherwise.

Except for a short time when the Wifi didn't work, everything seemed great. Nice clean room. But the next morning we were woken up by the upstairs housekeeper yelling at her kids who apparently came to work with her. Usually it's other rude guests who make noise, but here it was an employee of the motel. We heard another guest tell her to be quiet but she continued making noise. My wife said she she might be making noise on purpose so people would wake up and vacate the rooms so she could get her work done.

I enjoyed my stay! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Just a couple of concerns: The bathtub knob didn't work properly so it took a bit of effort to get the water the right temp, and of course, as with many hotels, the lobby computer didn't work very well. The only other concern is that housekeeping staff were unnecessarily loud while cleaning the rooms late mornings. I understand they have to vacuum and do other cleaning activities, but loud conversations aren't necessary while some guests are trying to rest. They do difficult and unthankful jobs, so I still let a tip, but they should be as quiet as possible while in the lobbies.

I was just spending the night before I went to the airport. The location as very convenient. The lady at the reception desk was friendly and polite. The property was clean and inviting. My room was clean and nicely furnished. I like this property and will stay again. The room was a great price.

Check in went fast. Parking on both sides of the building, but you have to exit one lot, and get on the road for a second, to the next lot. Lots of options for the breakfast, including best apple juice I've ever had. Occasionally heard planes, but the fan drowned them out. Friendly staff.
