This cheerful 3-bedroom house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, just minutes away from downtown, the airport, shopping, museums, restaurants, and a multitude of ski resorts. We recently renovated this beautiful home and can't wait for you to enjoy it as much as we have! Picture yourself unwinding in the hot tub after a day of adventuring or enjoying an evening by the firepit. Whether you are looking for a relaxing getaway, a fun-filled adventure, or a productive work trip, this is the perfect place for you, your group, and your well-behaved pets!

Everything a guest could want! This home features a spacious living room with a large, comfy couch, record player, and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with all the coffee fixings, a stocked laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use, and a BRAND NEW HOT TUB. The master bedroom has a lush king-size bed, walk-in closet, and workspace. The other bedrooms have comfy queen-size beds, black out curtains, another workspace, and closets. The huge, beautiful, fenced yard has a patio, grill, fire pit, and hammock for use during the warm weather months.

* 20 miles (30-45 minutes) to Park City, Snowbird, and Brighton Ski Resorts

The iconic movie “The Sand Lot” was filmed just a 5 minutes' walk from here. You can grab some food at the same little burger joint “Hook & Ladder” and even check out the baseball field from the film!

This adorable home is right on the outskirts of downtown Salt Lake City; thus, you may see homeless folks, all ethnicities, and homes that are less cared for than ours. If that bothers you, you may be more comfortable in a suburban setting. I lived in this home as a single woman with my son for 3 years and LOVED IT! It is a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and the location is awesome!

The metal shed/garage in the driveway is not accessible to guests.

Our fenced in yard makes it perfect for furry friends which are welcome with an additional fee. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 3) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay, and an additional fee of $25 per night is assessed.

Please note, we do have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and because care for our property deeply.

I just live 10 minutes away so I am available if needed. I love to provide dining, drinking, adventuring, and playing information! Utah has been my home for 35 years!

1- NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the home or within 10 feet of entrance. There is a $200 fine if this rule is broken.

2- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am. Be aware that we have outside security cameras for the safety and protection of our property and to monitor guest count.

3- WELL BEHAVED dogs are accepted with a $25 nightly fee. Dogs may not be left unattended and are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. We provide a pet bed, but your pet may be more comfortable with a blanket from home as well. There is a $50 poop scooping fee if poop fairy has to clean up any messes left behind. Please clean up after your fur babies.

4- There is a $25 per hour LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE. Please message us if you need to make arrangements so we can be properly prepared.

5- HOT TUB RULES ARE POSTED at the property. Guests must fill out Hot Tub Agreement Form at the time of booking and follow all of the rules agreed upon.
There is a $75 cleaning fee and $400 repair fee if necessary.

5- LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! We need to get a little more information about your reason for staying with us.

6- LONGER STAYS require more frequent cleanings. Cleanings will be scheduled every two weeks and billed at the time of booking.

7- PLEASE LEAVE FURNITURE AND DECORATIONS as they are! Moving items can cause damages and takes our cleaning team longer to prepare for the next guests. There is a $150 fine for breaking this rule.
