Great Spot

Very Convenient Location to Ski Resorts
Very good location if you coming to ski/snowboard - 25 minutes drive to Snowbird. The studio has all essentials needed, including coffee. There is some room for improvements. The power went off 2 times, the neigbour was able to restore it quite quickly. The studio was very hot, thermostat didn't work, we ended up closing the vents and opening all the windows. The proprty manager was very quick to respond with all questions. For the money we paid and proximity to the slopes it was definitely worth it!

Late Fall College Visit
Our hosts took care of everything we needed during our visit to see our son at school. It’s a great location with short drives to see several area attractions like Park City, downtown, hiking and shopping. If our son continues training in this area, we’ll be back to this location again!

What a wonderful experience!
From before check in, throughout my stay, Pat was a great host! She made sure the property was impeccably clean, and well stocked. I had arrived at midnight after a long 24 hour travel from Costa Rica, and I was pleasently surprised to find the ease of check in. The bed was comfortable the right size, could have fit two people easily. The kitchen appliances were new and easy to use. I am overall impressed with Pat's hospitality and will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful little apartment
I enjoyed my stay and will continue to use them whenever I come to salt lake. It’s in a very nice neighborhood, very quiet with a beautiful view of the mountains. The property manager is a wonderful lady, very friendly. If you want a nice quiet place to stay this is the one for you.

Close to Skiing
Worked well for me as solo traveler. Studio room, comfortable bed, clean, well priced. Short ride to Ski bus park and ride or Little CWC road. Not far from shopping and highway.

Quiet retreat with amazing view
Very spacious studio with everything I needed for a few days. The best part was sitting at the kitchen table looking out the windows at the amazing view! Pat was very responsive to all my questions. There was a wind storm my last night which knocked the power out. Pat showed up first thing that morning with a lantern so I had some light. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Host was very nice and good communication. Location is great for skiing! If you don’t plan on doing a lot of cooking, etc, you will be fine. Some basics are missing from the kitchen (e.g. glassware, cookie sheet) Keurig stopped working, no coffee pot. Very comfortable bed. Quiet, nice neighborhood.

Gorgeous, safe, quiet neighborhood
Pat is an amazing host. 💕 She welcomed us when we arrived and responded to messages quickly. Other than that, we had complete privacy. The description says hotel, but it’s actually a studio apartment on their property. Very private. Comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows, sheets, comforters and thick soft white towels. Two beds, two closets , a full kitchen (complete with dishwasher) and kitchen supplies. Cleaning supplies too. Amazing view of the mountains from the bay window. Excellent for a longer stay. 10/10 recommend.

Pat and Jerrold were great hosts. The single room has many closets, tables, nooks and crannies for us to utilize. Air conditioner and humidifier (very well appreciated in the record heat last week). After fun filled days flying at Point of the Mountain we enjoyed the lazy boy chairs in front of the big screen TV. Very reasonable price and comfortable.

Very cozy studio apartment
My fiancée and I flew to SLC for business reasons but also turned it into sort of a vacation. The host was very kind and very attentive of our needs (we didn’t need much). They suggested we go to Alta for the drive and it was very beautiful and I’m thankful they gave us that tidbit of information. We kind of messed up by taking some towels by mistake without returning them and the host was very polite when telling us about it. I would absolutely stay here again. The location is beautiful, just a five minute drive to hike a mountain. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The directions to get to the studio were very clear. Pat and Larry are good people.

Good overall. Room for improvement
Im new to vrbo so probably i need to get use to non hotel stays. This is a room with independent entrance in a house. Room was clean and had bathroom, kitchen and good space. To enter the room there is a door, a hall and another door. That space between doors is kind of a storage not too organized. The AC iin the room is a mobile unit installed in a window so it blows the air to the curtain or you leave the curtain open, anyway it does not get too cold. In the refrigerator there were used cans of ketchup, mustard, jelly etc so again, i dont know if that is a standard in vrbo stays but not used to that. I met the owners of the house as they live there and were very kind.

The air conditioner is an extra unit and is adjustable...actually gets quite cold. Sorry for the condiments., thought they would be appreciated.. Hope your stay was adequate.

Perfect space to stay
Pat’s place in Sandy was perfect for the two of us. It was a quick ride to the park n ride lots for skiing, quiet neighborhood with nice view out the back window. The condo had everything we needed to cook in a few nights and make breakfast each morning. it was so quiet at night. I thought the bed was comfortable but my girlfriend thought it was too firm. Would recommend staying here if in the area.

Owner may just walk in on you or plan to snoop while you're away
The place, in and of itself, is just fine. It was clean, and had everything we needed (bathroom, bed, kitchen, etc). It has a sort of charm to it. The problem is that the owner specifically waited until he thought we were gone to come into our room. Not sure how often he does this, but he offered no communication as to why he did it. He woke me up in the morning when doing it, too. This is very creepy, and makes me wonder how many times he was in our room poking around when we actually were out. If you care about privacy, consider staying somewhere else. Somewhere less creepy. The complete lack of boundaries is not okay.

A week in Utah
The location was a little hard to find. The address listed doesn't match the address of the property. The studio was very clean and functional. Comfortable bed. Convenient to the rest of the valley. There was some minor confusion by the landlord regarding the schedule (they came in and cleaned the studio while I was out the day before my scheduled departure, which caused some concern. A lot of personal belongings were touched and moved around to facilitate their cleaning). There is a stand-alone A/C unit in a bay window across the room from the bed which directed most of the cold air into the top of the bay window, which should be positioned to direct the air into the room instead of the ceiling.

Everything you could ask for
Enjoyed my stay at Pat's studio. Communication was quick and helpful even prior to my arrival, as they offered to bring over a desk/table for me to work on. Wifi was good, kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and every size crockpot you could imagine. Only minor request I would make would be a small selection of seasoning, tupperware, and perhaps some cooking spray.

A very pleasant stay
Very nice studio-style interior equipped with all the necessities— the full size kitchen was particularly useful. The location was a perfect short drive for skiing, and the renters were very accommodating and quick to respond if we needed anything.
