Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces. A family member lives in the basement, which has a private separate entrance, and they DO NOT have access to the main house.

The home is not shared, so your stay is FULLY PRIVATE. You can relax and enjoy your time in the home with confidence and peace of mind.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-For security purposes, there are Ring cameras located at the front door and back door (exterior only).
-There are no cameras inside the property.
-Guests are welcome to use the outdoor grill for cooking and gatherings. A one-time grill fee applies. Feel free to message us for details.
-No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoor areas. A $500 fine will apply for any evidence of smoking at the property.
-Pet fee applies to all pets.
