Our luxurious and cozy private home features a 65ā€ Smart TV, King bed with an adjacent private balcony & a hidden patio with cafe lighting & a rustic fireplace. Youā€™ll have what you need to recharge for the days to come.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
This is the private, first-floor suite of a 2-unit duplex. There are separate entrances to each unit and the home is sound-proofed to movie theater level qualities.

Rest and recover in two beautiful, comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King mattress, massive closet and a walk-out balcony. The second bedroom has a full mattress and large windows.

The living room couch easily pulls out to a comfortable full-sized bed. Pillows, sheets, and extra blankets are provided.

The kitchen is fully stocked and features a gas range, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, stainless steel appliances, a stocked spice rack, and ample prep space for cooking.

Large windows flood the living room with natural light during the day, while blackout curtains let you darken the room for movie night on the 65ā€ Smart TV. The living room it outfitted with brand new furnishings.

Minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and the ski slopes, this is the ideal location for those who want to explore Utahā€™s mountains but still be able to enjoy the nightlife downtown. Hiking trails are just up the road, including Mount Olympus and Millcreek Canyonā€™s robust trail network.

After a long day out enjoying all that Salt Lake City has to offer, you can eat like a local and dine at one of the countless local restaurants in the area.

Stayed a couple of days while visiting Brighton and Solitude. Great location! Everything you need close by with an easy and beautiful drive to the Cottonwoods. The interior was clean and nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Very easy check-in and out process.

Highly recommend! Place and owners are great. House felt comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend, including a goody basket and good coffee. Easy to get to from the Main Street with stores and restaurants nearby. Owners are very friendly and accommodating.

The host was very helpful in accommodating our time in SLC. Our mom is in the hospital and the host made checking in and checking out very seamless. The house itself is very clean, spacious and comfortable. I stay in STRs a lot and this was definitely a 5 out of 5 stars experience. Thank you.

The house is charming and pristine. Our first stay was just my husband and I. This recent one included a daughter, her husband and baby. The owners are highly responsive, returning our communications immediately and doing whatever they can to accommodate our requests. We go to SLC to visit family. This property will continue be our first choice.

Our family LOVED this home! The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay terrific. We loved the 2 porches, and the location. We were close to everything we wanted to see in SLC. Iā€™d suggest this place to anyone!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Extremely comfortable. Very nicely furnished and finished house. Really was luxurious. Bathroom and kitchen were top notch; appreciated items such as the high end surfaces and hardware. Very nicely finished bath/shower with great water pressure. Comfortable bedrooms. Big TV. Very gracious and friendly hosts. Could not have been happier! Definitely would stay again and recommend to all.

Property was well maintained. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Host provided some kitchen essentials and some snacks (loved by husband and son). Great location to ski resorts. Overall very good. A place one would stay again!!
