Nice Basement Apartment
Our stay here was very comfortable and the host responded quickly to questions we had. The home is near stores and restaurants and walking distance to the TRAX station for an easy trip down town. We will stay here again.

Nice simple basement apartment
I would stay here again but only 1 or 2 nights because of no kitchen area. The apartment was super clean and simply furnished. The shower was amazing! The down fall was no lighting the night we arrived in late and the walk threw the gate around the back of home down a few stairs to the apartments door was ver dark but once we were in we were please. So maybe for future guest light up a pathway with solar lights or something like that. Over all we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Great place with proximity to slopes
Had wonderful stay and Scott was prompt in replying to queries. Unit is great for 1-2 people in particular although it can accommodate more. No kitchen but lots of places to order out.

Pros: Much better space, location and price than hotels. It was like being at home. Cons: Lack of responses = Vrbo errors on all links to the booking, their customer service was humane, and the check-in instructions were sent 24 hours in advance.

Great location, Very Clean, Spacious, and Prompt Host
This will be our 2nd stay at this Vrbo and we love it. It is an amazing price, is always super clean, spacious, and the host is very nice and prompt with messages. Will come again in winter of 24' - 25'.

Nice spot in Sandy
Good little basement apartment close to the freeway in Sandy. Place was clean and suited ours needs. The floors above are a little noisy but overall a nice place and would recommend.

Perfect place to lay your head
It was myself and my adult daughter staying. We were in town for an event at the Mountain America Event Center. It was a quick drive (less than 10 mins away!) to our event. We pretty much just slept/showered there. The bed was comfy and the shower was AMAZING! Great water pressure! We ate most of our food at the event, so didn’t miss not having a kitchen. The only thing to note is, if coming back to the house at night, have a flashlight handy. We always had our phones out, so just used the light from the iPhones, but the side of the house is dark. There are just a few steps down to the main door (this is a basement) and there are a few steps inside. But otherwise, everything is level. Did I mention the shower is awesome? Would definitely recommend and would definitely rent again.

I stayed while visiting my children. It was the perfect middle point between them. Quiet neighborhood that’s close to shopping, food and the freeway. It was a great place to stay.

Cute apartment
Easy check in/out. Clean and comfortable bed. Fantastic high pressure shower. No hairdryer or shampoo/soap in shower, fyi. And you can hear everything in the apartment above you but it wasn’t a problem for us. Plenty of space to relax and loved the drinks in the fridge. I would recommend and stay here again.

Cozy and comfy in the valley
Spent the weekend here for a family wedding in Alta. Easy access in/out at our leisure to a comfortable basement apartment. Very comfy, no need to cook since we had a series of hosted meals and didn't miss the kitchen amenities. But a fridge and micro were available, if needed. Only improvement would be to add exterior path lighting from the driveway to the back patio.

Spacious clean basement apartment
Overall a very nice stay! Nice space, had everything I needed, including a little table I was able to work at. Much bigger than I thought from the pictures. I was a little chilly with the ac and couldn't figure out how to adjust it, but I'm always a little chilly. Appreciated the waters in the fridge. Thanks very much!

The place was cute on the inside. Whoever cleaned the place before us just did a quick wipedown and didn't restock the paper cups. There were plenty of extra blankets. This was great if you just need a place to sleep for the night. Remember to bring your own shampoo, soap, etc.

Great basement apartment. Comfortable bed and shower alone (water pressure and temps w fluffy towels) more than makes up for the fact there’s no kitchen sink. Scott was a great host. Welcoming but definitely gave me my privacy. You won’t get the arrival info/ instructions until 24-hours out so don’t panic if they don’t come with the VRBO generic “Here are your keys to your rental” system email they send a few days before your arrival.

The Stay was nice… I have some suggestions for the property owner or manager. The path coming through the gate had snow on it and was slippery. This morning it had snowed pretty hard, so upon walking over the patio I slipped and fell, there was ice under the snow. Perhaps someone could just make sure it’s shoveled for your future guests. Thank you

Great unit at great price
Property is spacious with a separate large living and eating room. Ther eis a micorwave and a decent sizer mini-fridge with separate adequate sized freezer compartment. There is no sick to do dishes, so the types of food you can prepare are microwave based. I made oatmeal with fruit each morning and did take out each evening. The place is a decent 25-40 minute drive to Snowbird depending on traffic, but well worth it if you do not want to spend trhe money staying at the on-site hotels. Otherwise, unit was clean and comfortable. Washer and dryer were a plus

Comfy for a small family.
This spacious basement apartment in Sandy, Utah boasts a large entry space with washer and dryer. The deluxe shower is heaven with waterfall style pressure. Make sure to bring all the toiletries you need. The carpet and paint are fresh. The linens were very nice and clean. Mom and Dad enjoyed the privacy of the bedroom with a queen bed. The kids slept on a very nice queen size air mattress and sofa in the living room (a short distance down a couple of stairs.) The kitchen area was nice to have. However, it was inconvenient to eat with out a sink nearby (water can be gotten in the bathroom up a few stairs.) There is a toaster and small refrigerator. There is not a coffee maker. The door for the vrbo space is through a large gate, over some gravel, across a concrete patio, and down a few steps. The living area/kitchen is down another small flight of stairs. I would not recommend for someone who has trouble with stairs. Otherwise, I totally recommend. We would stay here again!

Best Shower Water Pressure Ever!
The property was very clean and exactly what we needed. We were in town for a wedding and to visit friends. It was perfect to get a quiet night sleep, have a great shower and get ready to get out the door to our next function! The location is close to the Hwy and easy to get to. We will absolutely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Waste of time and money
We couldn't find the home late on that night- the google maps took us closing in the neighborhood - I looked up the street address and walked from my parked SUV and cargo trailer and drove to what I thought was the house - We could gain access to the backyard put the home was dark no lights on and could not find the door to the basement apartment - in this city for a 2 day conference we sent messages to host he did responded w/ in a 1/2 hour we had already gone to a hotel for the night waste of our money

Perfect location and great space. On-line description/photos are very accurate. Scott was awesome to work with. I made an error in my booking, so showed up earlier than expected. He figured it out and rushed to get the unit ready for me. He’s a class act!
