Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is another unit below this space, and we kindly ask that you respect their peace and quiet.

No Pets: We love animals too, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Respect for Neighbors: Our downstairs neighbors appreciate your consideration regarding noise levels, especially during the evening and early morning hours. Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly in shared spaces like hallways and stairwells.

Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have visitors during your stay.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is by 10 am. We may be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out upon request, subject to availability.

Damage and Breakages: Please treat the apartment and its contents with care. You are responsible for any damage or breakages during your stay. Please let us know if something breaks, if it`s something minor we won`t necessarily charge you but we would like to know so we can get it replaced for the next guest.

Cleaning: We take pride in providing a clean environment. Please leave the apartment in a similar condition as you found it. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required after your stay.

Security and Safety: For your safety and security, please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the apartment and avoid inviting strangers into the building.

Trash Disposal: Garbage and recycling bins are located in the driveway to the left of the unit near the basement entrance. Please dispose of trash regularly and properly to prevent odors and pests.
