VRBO guests will access the front door where the smart lock is located. The home has two floors. The upstairs is what you will have full access to (and is locked from the downstairs). Downstairs is a long term rental. Both units are separate and locked independently as well as accessed on opposite ends of the home so there is little to no chance of bumping into anyone.

The laundry is in a mutually shared space at the bottom of the stairs. VRBO guests can do laundry on even days.
