"There was water damage on the walls of both bathrooms and the carpet was worn through in one place. No effort was made to place young children on lower floors as we had running and jumping feet in the room above us for the entire stay. "

"The accommodation is perfect
The neighborhood is under construction and turns difficult to get to the hotel.
They should advise that because GPS gets you in a closed street.
They should make clear that is someone there until 11pm. When you pass in front’s of the office there’s a signal saying the office is closed at 5pm"

"The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!"
