"Very basic motel near IU campus and sports complexes. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The parking lot and outside was well-maintained and brightly lit. No amenities that we saw, but we were only here for one evening and only used the room to shower and sleep. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. I would stay here again. "

"We were so pleased were our stay! Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful in any of our needs. We stayed two nights for a softball tournament and it was just what we needed for a great price! "My husband and I had been staying here, while our new place was finishing up. The price was right, but I must say the customer service is non existent. The laundry facilities are in non working order taking my money and when brought to staffs attention it was ignored. Going on our second week , we were short on funds and had to wait until 2am for money to arrive. I booked a room immediately and told the same staff member that if we could check in now, we would be out at check out time11am. She...

"Worst place in the world we have ever NOT got to stay at. Booked the room and the owner didn’t allow us to stay. Ended up stealing $400 for literally a 2 night stay that we didn’t even stay. He wouldn’t refund our money or the 200 dollar deposit he took. Because he kept trying to take it more till I locked my card. Owner is a scammer and a horrible person. DO NOT STAY HERE "

"I can’t believe in 2026 you do not have access to Netflix or any streaming services on the TV. I was told I needed an HDMI cable to do so. Also, housekeeping was terrible. They gave us fresh towels and emptied the garbage. That was it. Left us with dirty glasses and I guess dressing the beds is a thing of the past!! "
