"We stayed in the house during a walking tour on the Cami de Ronda. The house was a little worn and lacked basics for the kitchen. The real issue we had was that the house alarm repeatedly went off. Each time we opened the front door it would trigger a loud alarm and a call from the alarm company. "Prachtig appartement in een prachtig omgeving! De enige minpunt was de airconditioning. Deze ontbrak en met 36 graden, hielpen de ventilatoren niet echt. S' nachts sliepen we met open ramen maar het geluid van de dichtbijzijnde varkensbedrijf zorgde voor slaap van slechte kwaliteit. Oplossing: investeren in een airconditioning. De rest was prima."

"Pros: Lage am Wasser. Da der Strandabschnitt eher am nördlichen Ende von Platja d'aro ist, hört man abends keinen Tourismus-Lärm. Die Mitarbeiter (sowohl die Vermieter als auch der Portier) waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unproblematischer Check-In, obwohl wir verspätet ankamen, reibungsloser Check-Out. Cons: Das Gebäude ist teilweise etwas hellhörig (Gebäude aus den 60er/70er Jahren), die Nachbarn über uns konnte man hören, wenn sie mit Schuhe gelaufen sind oder etwas heruntergefallen ist."
