This accommodation is located in the exclusive Cap Salou area, ideal for those seeking to relax without giving up all amenities. During high season you will find supermarkets, restaurants, shops and bus stops with connections to Salou, Cambrils and Tarragona.

With a maximum capacity for 3 people, it is distributed as follows:

- Open-plan space with well-equipped American kitchen, double bed and single sofa bed. Split-type air conditioning.

- Full bathroom with shower.

- Spacious private terrace with pleasant sea views, perfect for breakfast outdoors or enjoying summer evenings.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Accommodation especially recommended for couples or small families seeking peace and quiet. Group bookings and pets are not accepted.

- The building has no lift. The apartment is located on a first floor accessed by stairs, so it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupants' details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- Due to the natural characteristics of the surroundings and the Mediterranean climate, especially during the warm season, the occasional presence of insects may occur. If you detect any issues during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so we can review it and take appropriate measures. As a preventive measure, we recommend not leaving food scraps and taking out the rubbish daily.

- As this is tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

Very close by you will find the Salou Lighthouse, the Cala Morisca viewpoint and one of the most beautiful stretches of the Camino de Ronda, especially recommended for observing seabirds and contemplating some of the best landscapes of the Costa Dorada. And after a swim in Cala Crancs, don't miss the opportunity to try the famous mojitos from the beach chiringuito, considered by many visitors to be amongst the best in Salou.
