"Overall the property was nice and clean with a wonderful view with the property overlooking the waterway and golf course directly across. Nice rustic decor with all the comforts of home away from home. The only area I would improve would be the cleanliness and upkeep of the upstairs patio. "The highway can be heard from the south side and First Quality Paper factory can be heard from the North. Eventually, the sounds blend into the background but, some users may find this jarring upon arrival. Also, the "air conditions" are evaporative (really just humidifiers) and don't really provide any cooling."

"We were attending our nephew's graduation from Penn State, and this property was available and within range for the events we needed to attend. It was very clean and a nice set up for my husband and me. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the king-sized bed was nice to have. The set up is an 'apartment' that used to be office space. Very private and easy to find. Thanks so much for the stay!"

"Our group had a great time at Barry's place on the Pine Creek. It was clean and had everything we needed. The creek was in good shape and as a group we caught and missed up to 20 fish. At least half of them right off the creek in back of the cabin. Two of our group have been fishing the creek for over 20 year and this was one of their best experiences. We'll definitely be back next year."

"If you’re looking for a cabin close to everything, this is your stay. You can easily walk to the Waterville Hotel right out of the door, and the country store is right by the property too! We were all very happy when we got there and the pictures didn’t lie! The house is amazing, we loved the kitchen and the outdoor space. Plenty of room for everyone!
