At street level there is an uncovered parking area with capacity for three cars. From there we make our way inside the Villa, you will immediately feel that this is a place to relax and enjoy!On the main floor there are three good sized bedrooms with ample wardrobe space. One bedroom has a well equipped en-suite bathroom with washbasin and rain shower cubicle. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have fantastic views from the bed and sliding glass doors. One of the bedrooms has a bathtub where you can enjoy magnificent views. All the bedrooms have television. Waking up in this villa is a pleasure!
On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining area, a modern kitchen and a bedroom behind the kitchen 'en suite'. Beautiful designer lamps function as hanging jewels in this open plan area with unbeatable views of the Mediterranean. The living area offers everything you need for a cosy evening: TV, wireless WIFI connection. The dining area has a large table for eight people and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, with a central island where you can cook and contemplate the sea views at the same time! Outside there is a large table with chairs that invite you to wine and dine.Both the living area and the modern kitchen have large sliding glass doors that penetrate the wall and disappear when opened. Thus, you can move unhindered from inside to outside to encounter the wonderful climate that the Costa Tropical of Granada offers all year round. There are sliding glass doors in the bedrooms as well, with automatic blinds so you can decide whether to let the sun shine in or make the room as dark as you wish.
The pool area consists of the pool itself and a jacuzzi, a wide terrace with sun loungers. The pool is heated so that in the winter months you can enjoy it to the fullest. The pool has built in steps that make it easy and pleasant to get into the water. On the terrace, there is an area with a table and 8 chairs so you can relax and enjoy the fantastic meals and the sunset, as well as 6 sun loungers. Finally, we have to highlight the gas barbecue next to the stairs leading up to the parking area, where you will be able to have fantastic meals.
This amazing villa has many extra touches and details, your comfort and enjoyment is guaranteed. The home automation system inside gives you easy access to all the electrical equipment in the house from the screen next to the entrance door; so you can control all the blinds, interior lights, exterior lights, etc... The whole house has air conditioning and heat pump installation, which allows the temperature to be controlled independently in each room. The recreational area of the urbanisation where this villa is located is only five minutes away. Guests have free access to the communal areas such as tennis court, swimming pool, children's pool, football pitch and playground.
The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes drive away. Access to the airports of Malaga, Granada or Almeria are easy. If you manage to get out of this wonderful house there are many things to see and do in the area, such as the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, where you can enjoy beautiful walking and hiking routes. Sierra Nevada is less than 75 minutes away, so from November to April you can ski in the morning and relax on the beach or by the pool in the afternoon. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are also nearby, as are the beautiful cities of Granada and Malaga.
