Wonderful restored villa with private beach and huge park

Villa Titynino is a wonderful lake front villa with a huge park rich in essences and old trees, it has been recently renovated and is equipped with all comforts.No matter if you are dining in the garden by the lake, reading a book under the loggia or dozing in your room overlooking the lake, each of these spaces will give you unique sensations to live privately with your family or your guests in one of the most exclusive places of Lake Garda.
For at least 10 nights stays mid-week towels change and fast cleaning included. Bed linen, towels, beach towels included. If you have special needs or limitations, please let us know before booking so that we can advise you in choosing the most suitable accommodation.

From the property you can walk to the nearby supermarket, the baker, the newsagent and the center of Gardone Riviera Basso, which offers several shops, excellent restaurants and bars. On request, some restaurants nearby also offer home delivery service. The center of Gardone Riviera Alto can be reached with a pleasant twenty-minute walk or in five minutes by car. With a twenty-minute walk you can also reach Salò, a town known for its luxurious shops and the beautiful lake promenade.

Cleaning procedure: we sanitise all the house using product labeled with PMC ( Presidio Medico Chirurgico ), which are the only approved products to kill bacteria/virus.
Moreover on request we can make an Ozone treatment which is one of the world's best non-chemical sanitisers and smell removal. This machine allow to deeply purify a room, even all the textile, mattress, pillows… It eliminates all bacteria and virus that a previous guest might have left. The extra cost for this treatment would be calculated on request.
