At the house\'s entrance, there is a private patio with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the summer breeze from the lake and unwind in complete tranquillity. Inside, the cosy and modern apartment has a bright living room with a flat-screen TV, indoor dining and a well-equipped kitchenette with all the modern amenities including a microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, and coffee machine.

Location

The first apartment is located a few steps from the \"Rimbalzello\" sports center (with paid entrance) where you can find a beautiful beach, swimming pool, kiosk and restaurant, as well as tennis and soccer fields and the supermarket. The city centre and the lakefront of Salò can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or by car in just 5 minutes.

The area is ideal for visiting various towns on the upper lake such as Gardone Riviera (5 minutes walk) with its Vittoriale degli Italiani by Gabriele D\'Annunzio, Gargnano (15 minutes drive), Limone sul Garda (25 minutes drive) and Toscolano Maderno (10 minutes drive), from where you can also take the ferry boat by car to reach the Veronese shore and discover, for example, the beauties of Peschiera del Garda with its famous theme parks, Bardolino and the Groppello DOC.

Art and history enthusiasts can visit the new museum of Salò (5 minutes by car) called MuSa - Museo di Salò. Milan Bergamo is the nearest international airport, about 70 minutes from this holiday home in Salò.
