The apartment is on the first floor of a house on 3 levels, consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room and a living room with satellite TV.

Located between the towns of Salò and Gardone Riviera, 300 meters from the lake, the apartment is equipped with a large newly built equipped kitchen (May 2017) with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine Lavazza coffee pods and American coffee machine.
