"Booked this place for my parents. It had everything they needed, except for shampoo. Providing small shampoo packets would be a plus. It was clean, safe, and convenient for them. They would stay here again. They loved the attached restaurant that was walkable, with great food and kind service."

The owner is nice but the room we stayed in smells like smoke and dogs. We will stay there again because it is affordable the other room we stayed at before was nice except for the last night. "

"Very cute hotel for the area. The outside might look deceiving in that the rooms might not be in good condition but I didn’t have any issues with the room. Not that the outside looks trashy. It’s just has an older look to it. The room was comfortable & clean and the person at the front desk was nice. He was kind enough to recommend the coffee shop across the street for good coffee and he wasn’t wrong. "

"Walnut Inn is renovating so our room was like brand new. With some rooms under construction, it was quiet. Bed was comfortable, new firm mattress. Water pressure excellent! Only drawback was no elevator. Doors led directly to the outside. Despite being near the highway, i didnt notice a lot of traffic noise. Walking distance to 4 star restaurant which has excellent sweet tea as well as gas station and casino across the road. "

"Rooms need upgrades other than bath which was spacious with walkin shower. Loud air control, dirty surfaces, defective TV. Only 5 minutes to airport and cheap as pluses. "

"It was a very nasty place. We did not even see the rooms. Lady that works there came out to my car as I was getting out and I said can I help you? She said do u need a room? I told her I had a reservation. She ask for what kind of room I told her double. She said they have no double and already had another customer wanting a double and would have to move people around in order to do so, and they don't have any other double rooms available. I told her we will just find another hotel. She said ok...
