Choose from a variety of comfortable villas, available in four-, six-, and eight-person layouts, ranging from 80 to 160 square meters. Each villa is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a beautiful kitchen, one or two bathrooms, and Wi-Fi. Unwind on your private terrace, where you'll find an outdoor fireplace perfect for barbecuing or enjoying a cozy evening by the fire. For an extra touch of luxury, some villas even include their own private pool.

The resort has a wide range of facilities to keep everyone entertained. Take a dip in one of the swimming pools, challenge friends to a game on the tennis or squash courts, or get a workout in at the fitness center. Experience the Graves villa, a spacious 115-square-meter retreat designed for six guests. The open living area is the heart of the home, featuring a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV and fireplace, as well as a dining space perfect for family meals. The modern kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with a large cooking island and built-in appliances for preparing delicious dishes.

Large glass doors open onto a covered terrace, where you'll find luxurious garden furniture and sun loungers—perfect for unwinding. The generous garden provides a wonderful space for children to play.

All three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor with an en suite bathroom, complete with a bath, double sink, and separate shower. Upstairs, the two additional bedrooms share a second bathroom with a bath, double sink, and separate shower. For added convenience, the villa also has two separate toilets and a washing machine in the storage room.

*No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or early departures

Deposit

*At check in, a deposit is charged of an amount depending on the type of villa.
*You pay the deposit at the reception, this can be paid by credit card. The amount is blocked (not debited).
*The block is lifted approx. 2 weeks after departure if no damage is found.
*If paid by bank transfer or cash, the amount will be refunded within approx. 14 days (IBAN required).

Pets

*Well-behaved dogs are welcome in designated villas
*Other villas are pet-free
*Please indicate allergies or if you are bringing a dog when booking

Rules for dogs in the park:
*Not allowed on beds, sofas, or chairs
*Any damage must be reported immediately
*Must be on a leash inside the park
*Walking dogs outside the park is required
*Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately
*Noise disturbance to neighbors must be avoided
*A nightly pet fee applies (shown in your booking overview)
*Proper documents (EU pet passport, vaccination, microchip) required
*An unauthorized pet will incur a fine per pet, per day
