"I stayed at this hotel from February 4th to February 7th and had a very disappointing experience. From the first day, there was no hot water available in the room. I reported the issue to the front desk and was asked to wait about one hour, but even after 1 hour and 30 minutes, the problem was not resolved and I was unable to take a shower, which was extremely frustrating after more than 20 hours of travel.
