We adore this beautiful lodge, perfect for up to four guests looking to relax and explore the wonderful New Forest National Park.. 3 steps to entrance.

All on the Ground Floor:

Verandah with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children under 15 years old.. Deerglade Lodge is a wonderful retreat for up to four guests, spacious and well-designed holiday home that is perfect for those looking to relax, enjoy peaceful surroundings for a long weekend, or to use as a base to explore this stunning location. Guests will love the open plan living space with fully fitted kitchen and dining area overlooking the terrace and the comfy seating area. Located on the edge of the New Forest National Park where ponies, pigs and cattle roam free offers a wonderful ’back to nature’ treat and is easily explored on foot or bike. If you are searching for fresh sea air, then the Dorset coastline is not just staggeringly beautiful and full of charming coves and miles of sandy beaches, but is also just half an hour’s drive form the lodge. There is also a plethora of great village inns to enjoy if you don’t fancy cooking and a very well regarded French restaurant if your stay coincides with a special occasion. Whatever the reason for choosing Deerglade Lodge we are certain you will enjoy your stay. There are various activities available on site including a small shop which is well stocked, restaurant and bar, fishing lake, mini golf, bike hire, table tennis, segway sessions, and an activity and leisure programme. This is a very nice and comfortable lodge in a tranquil setting.

This is a very nice and comfortable lodge in a tranquil setting. Ideal for outings into the New Forest and all it has to offer. The lodge was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was a welcome surprise but we still had plenty of time to read. We highly recommend a stay.

Lovely peaceful location.

Lovely peaceful location. Plenty of walks from the door or a short drive away. If you get up early you have a good chance to see a family of deer go past each morning. The lodge is well layed out and very comfortable. Thank you to the owners for the wine and biscuits. Would love to come back again next January if available.

Short break in New Forest

Well equipped and arranged holiday home in a good location. Parking for two cars right outside. Everything felt quite new. Holiday park has what you expect, although note that the shop closes at 7pm so make sure your stocked up for dinner/breakfast before then. Arrangenents for check in/out were straight forward.

We have just come back from a weekend away at Deer Glade Lodge, which is a private holiday let.

We have just come back from a weekend away at Deer Glade Lodge, which is a private holiday let. We had a lovely time. The lodge is clean and spacious, few cobwebs around the lights but you couldn't see them in the daylight so easily missed. I had the most comfortable sleep ever and even went in search of who manufactured the mattress, sad times it is exclusive to ABI Homes. The king-size bedroom has an ensuite with shower and toilet but there is also another shower room and toilet separate to this room for the use of the twin room. The twin beds were huge! This lodge had full afternoon sun on the balcony and seemed to be the last for it to leave which was really nice. The site has a lovely pizzeria which also serves loaded fries and amazing looking gourmet burgers. This is directly next to the kids park and splash pad. There is no evening entertainment on site. Also on site and beside the restaurant is a fire pit you can sit around and have a drink from the bar or kids can roast marshmallows. There is also a small on site shop and the ladies on reception were really helpful in regards to cycle routes etc.We were not fussed to not having TV as the 4g reception was perfect and we had our devices with us. This lodge also has it's own free WiFi, so does the park if needed. You can walk straight in to the new forest from this park as there is a gate at the back of the site. Horses were seen instantly! ❤️In the evening there was hardly any noise from neighbours or those visiting the bar and kids area. We took our bikes and cycled along the road for a short while before entering the new forest. There isn't much in there immediate area but there is a petrol station, pub and local nisa store within a 5 minute car ride and everywhere is really central to this area as you join the main roads after a short drive through the new forest. This is a great base and we will be booking again , thank you
